No matter where you have been or what you​ have done, it is never too late, and you are never too far gone; you have not strayed too far from God. City of Refuge Ministries, a community of imperfect believers, serves as a reminder of the sufficiency and effectiveness of the grace of God.

City of Refuge Ministries' vision is to reach and meet the needs of the lost, to extend reassurance of their seat at The Master's table, and to provide opportunities for spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, and financial growth. At The City, we acknowledge the need for life building tools and programs, and our goal is to provide those resources that will not only aid in spiritual growth but will promote well-being through life skills, financial literacy, and mental health. We plan to provide this hope to our community through mentorship, emergency aid, food and clothing drives, life classes, and more.
